This smoothie is full of antioxidants, good fats, is filling enough to get you through your morning, is the most glorious rich colour, and is so easy and quick, so there’s no excuse for forgetting breakfast! 50g blueberries
50g blackberries
50g strawberries
½ avocado
1 kiwi- peeled
150ml milk
- Pop all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
