The Euros start today so I thought I’d create the perfect snack to share whilst watching the tournament unfold, chicken wings with a French twist. Come on England! Enjoy, Katie x

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4-8
Ingredients
500g Chicken wings
Small handful of fresh thyme
12 bay leaves
24 peppercorn
1 jar preserved lemon
1 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. honey
- Place the lemons and juice, bay leaves, peppercorns, garlic, honey, salt and thyme into mixing bowl and add your chicken wings to marinate. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours (overnight is perfect)
- Once ready to cook, preheat your oven to 190°
- Place chicken wings onto a baking tray with the marinade and bake in the top third of the oven until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
